These numbers cover the three months ending August 31, 2026. One ZIP code tells a very different story from the rest of Primary market.

In ZIP 30214, the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 237 homes for sale. That is up 43.6% from the same months of 2025. More supply means buyers have more to choose from. For sellers, that means your home has to earn its price.

What the rate picture means right now

Freddie Mac put the average 30-year fixed rate at 7.40% as of October 8, 2026. That is real money on a monthly payment. Realtor.com reported rates surged above 7% for the first time since January 2025. Buyers are feeling that cost.
